Starting December 5th, Unstoppable Support will be moving to a 9 am - 11 pm UTC, Monday to Friday schedule. Along with this schedule change, we are consolidating support channels to our support email and UD's Discord server.
Why are we making this change?
In 2022, our Community Team focused on setting a new standard of support for our members. We began developing our Community Managers as Subject Matter Experts, ranging from IPFS to on-chain management. We built our Help Center, adding a staggering 193 articles in 2022, and experimented with workshops and live office hours. Additionally, we grew our moderation team on our community socials and put in place resources for them to help guide the community on the ground floor.
This has increased the efficiency and effectiveness of support, meaning we can now begin to shift our focus even more on our namesake - Community.
Moving forward, our goals for 2023 are to expand and curate community resources from workshops and live events to refining our Help Center to enable you to get the most out of your Web3 domain!
We will also be focusing on providing even better support for every member, switching to a new "Cohort" model, where we will receive your request and automatically connect you with a specialist right away who can help you solve your problem and get you the guidance you need as quickly as possible.
