Adding your domains to MetaMasks NFT tab

Modified on: Fri, 19 May, 2023 at 11:40 AM

MetaMask now has the ability to display your domains in the NFT tab on mobile and desktop. To add your domains to the NFT tab please follow the below guide for the chain your domains are on.

Adding Polygon Domains

In order to add your Polygon domains to MetaMasks NFT tab you will need the contract address and token ID for your domain. The contract address for our Polygon collection is 0xa9a6a3626993d487d2dbda3173cf58ca1a9d9e9f. In order to obtain the token ID you can go to OpenSea and search for your domain. Once you are on the OpenSea page for the domain the token ID is the last part of the address in the browsers address bar after the last / as seen below:

In this example, the token ID will be 42277121157237426880457464661300527896105708303743297265288253421850770019415.

Now go into MetaMask and click on the NFT tab.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Import NFTs"

Now enter the address as 0xa9a6a3626993d487d2dbda3173cf58ca1a9d9e9f and add the token ID you have obtained from OpenSea and press "Add at the bottom of the page.

Adding Ethereum Domains

MetaMask has an experimental feature that will show Ethereum NFTs by default. To enable this first click on the circle icon on MetaMask and then click Settings.

Now click on Experimental and toggle on "Enable OpenSea API" and "Autodetect NFTs". It may take some time for the NFTs to appear.

This is an experimental feature and it is not guaranteed to show all NFTs which may include your domain(s).

If this is the case, you can add your domains manually by following the above steps for Polygon domains and replacing the address with 0xd1e5b0ff1287aa9f9a268759062e4ab08b9dacbe.
