Why did you implement a credit drop?
On August 15, 2023, we reduced the prices of some of our Web3 domains to better align with the market and make it easier for people to find their perfect digital identities. We also rewarded those who purchased domains before August 15, 2023 with promo credits.
How were promo credits determined?
For any .x domains you purchased before August 15, 2023, we added promo credits to your account equal to the full amount you spent.
For all other domains purchased before August 15, 2023, we added promo credits to your account based on any difference between your purchase price and the new, lower price.
If you purchased a .polygon domain before June 5th at 7:55 AM EST, you previously received promo credits based on the difference between your purchase price and the current pricing on
The credit airdrop does not apply to .coin, .binanceus or .eth domains.
I bought a domain before August 15th. Why haven't I received a credit?
If the price of the domain you bought wouldn’t have changed based on our current pricing, you may not have received any credit.
How can I claim my credits?
Credits will be automatically applied to your account.
How long do I have to use the credits?
You have 30 days to use the credits.
What if I paid via a private invoice?
If you paid for your domain via a private invoice, please email us at support@unstoppabledomains.com. Include your domain name(s), order number if applicable, date of purchase, and payment method in your email.
I already received credits for my .polygon domain. Will I receive credits again?
No, if you received a credit drop after we adjusted the prices of .polygon domains, you won’t receive another credit drop for the same domains.
